I am happy. I love life and I’m so grateful to be here, right now.

I am here to enjoy, to love, to laugh, to play, to teach and to serve . My service to the world takes the form of serving the lightworkers who are here to serve the world and help them take precious care of themselves, to spend time filling up their cup with self love, self care and ecstatic play, so they can better take care of others. Over the years I have become a Doula, a Reiki master, a  Natural Rhythms Creation Coach, an Ecstatic Dance facilitator, Alchemical Creation Priestess and Teaching Artist, all of which have led me to develop my expertise in Radical Self Care, which I am thrilled to share in one to one energy healing or coaching sessions, or in workshop formats.

I should also mention I really love to dance, and love to integrate movement into my classes.

Dancing is my way of worshiping the universe.

I also love to play with the flow arts- object manipulation and dance combined into a glorious meditative practice blending all kinds of awesome together which I also love to share as an instructor and performer.

When I’m not working on my own, I am working as an Artist in Residence with Dani Alitere Inc, teaching gymnastics, acrobatics and dance at Elementary schools in Edmonton, sharing the joy of movement with the littlest lightworkers.

My mission in life is to share the joy and peace I get from my spiritual work and dance practices with as many people as possible, through teaching, writing, performing,  facilitating workshops and just rocking out in bliss as often as I can.  I am fascinated with all the ways we can blend self care with ecstatic dance practices.

I live in Edmonton, Alberta and I love this city deeply. It started to feel like home about a year before I moved here, and I actually have welled up with tears driving into the city after being away. It’s really more about the people than the place though. I have met so many incredible people in this city. Friendly, loving, talented, creative, welcoming and fun. I really feel at home, part of a community of glorious beings who are happy to be on this planet, having fun, dancing and making a difference.

I also have the most amazing, wonderful, kind, understanding, all around awesome husband ever. He makes my life a million times better and I am so grateful to have him and our daughters in my life. Life is awesome, and the more you love it, the more it loves you back!
