One of the greatest gifts you can give yourself is a little time away from the daily grind.

My favorite way to relax and rejuvenate my body, mind and spirit is to go on a retreat, whether it be a day long mini retreat just out of town, or a week long residential retreat at a sacred location halfway around the world. I love to combine my RnR with some kind of education and spiritual adventure. It’s an opportunity to fill up your metaphorical cup, meet friends, learn new skills, move your body and maybe find something you didn’t even know you were looking for.

Dancing Into Being is so honored to be a part of several retreats that happen throughout Western Canada, including Medicine Hoop Retreats, Radiant Soul Retreats and our own Dancing Into Being retreats (info coming soon), with more on the way!

We also have to mention our favorite retreat, that has inspired so much of our work, Sacred Circularites, in both Bali and Sedona. If you ever have the chance to attend one of these events, your life will be forever changed for the better!
